Choose your service for payment (Ankle, Breath and/or Auto Ignition Device). You will be able to add additional weeks on the payment page. You may also add additional payments for payments ahead or to catch up, upon approval. These payments are in $25.00 increments. There is a $7.50 service fee added to the transaction. All payments are final and there are no refunds.
